Any of our printables can even be your first handmade paper decoration.

Right after checkout, you can download your ZIP file. To view and access the designs, double-click the downloaded ZIP file. It comes with different types of files for different ways of crafting, so you need to select the files you want for the project you have in mind. Print out the selected files, then cut out the designs you have printed and use them in your decoration. That's all.

You can print out your files at home or send them to a local print shop, copy center, or online printing service. To cut your printouts, a pair of scissors is all you need, but you can also use a craft knife or cutting machine, such as Cricut or Silhouette.

Matte photo paper and cardstock are always the best choices. If you're printing at home, the crucial step for high-resolution printing you might not be used to is setting the correct paper type and best print quality in your printer's dialog. And that's easy. For more details on this and other matters, see the topics below.

RECOMMENDED SUPPLIES

PAPER
If you are printing on paper, use medium-weight cardstock or matte photo paper. Example: 65 lb cover or 176 gsm.

OTHER MATERIALS
Depending on your project, you will print on printable heat transfer or self-adhesive printable vinyl. Read STEP 4 (assembly topic) below for more details.

CUTTING TOOL
You only need scissors to cut, but you can also use a craft knife or cutting machine, like Cricut or Silhouette.

RIBBON OR TWINE
To make bunting banners, garlands, or tree decorations, use ribbon, twine, or another type of string.

PAPER STRAWS OR LOLLIPOP STICKS
To make cake or cupcake toppers, glue the back of the cutouts to paper straws or lollipop sticks.

GLUE OR TAPE
Use permanent glue or tape to glue the cutouts to the straws or sticks.

STEP 3 – CUT

Use a pair of scissors, craft knife, or cutting machine to cut out the designs from the printouts.

STEP 4 – ASSEMBLE

Take your time and enjoy the beauty of the making process! It always benefits the results.

BANNERS OR GARLANDS

➊ Print out the selected designs on paper thicker than copy paper, ideally medium-weight cardstock or matte photo paper. Example: 65 lb cover or 176 gsm.

➋ Optionally, punch small holes in the hands of the designs.

➌ Thread the string of your choice through the holes or glue it to the back of the cutouts.

CAKE OR CUPCAKE TOPPERS

➊ Print out the selected designs on paper thicker than copy paper, ideally medium-weight cardstock or matte photo paper. Example: 65 lb cover or 176 gsm.

➋ Stick the back of the cutouts to straws or sticks.

➌ Insert the straws or sticks into the cake.

POSTERS

➊ Print out the selected designs on paper thicker than copy paper, ideally medium-weight cardstock or matte photo paper. Example: 65 lb cover or 176 gsm.

➋ Trim the edges of the printed design as needed to fit your frame. If you're making a collage, glue the back of the cutouts to the sheet of paper you'll be framing.

CUSTOMIZE AN OBJECT

For objects with an even, non-porous surface, preferably made of ceramic, glass, plastic, metal, wood, and even paper, as long as it has a smooth finish. Examples: mugs, cups, tumblers, food storage containers, bottles, lunchboxes, windows, mirrors, and notebook covers.

➊ Carefully read the instructions on the package of the self-adhesive printable vinyl of your choice.

➋ Print out the selected designs on the vinyl sheet and cut out the printed design.

➌ Clean the object surface (remove dust, grease, and grime). Make sure it is dry.

➍ Gently peel off the cutout backing and stick the design to the object surface.

CUSTOMIZE FABRIC

For articles made of clear fabric, preferably cotton, without graphics, embellishments, or textures. The fabric must be resistant to your iron's highest temperature (or 300-320 degrees Fahrenheit). Examples: T-shirts, tank tops, pillowcases, onesies, and rompers.

➊ Carefully read the instructions on the package of the printable heat transfer of your choice. Note that there are light transfer paper and dark transfer paper. Make sure you purchase the right one for your project.

➋ Print out the selected designs on the heat transfer sheet and cut the design.

➌ Review the instructions one more time, then iron the cutout onto the fabric.
