Refund policy

Digital products

Our products are downloadable files, therefore digital products. Each is a set of digital printable designs, ranging from a dozen individual files to over a hundred individual files, delivered only via download as a single ZIP file. You can download the files you purchased immediately after checkout.

Refunds

Digital products are not returnable by nature. We do not usually offer refunds after our files have been downloaded. However, while cancellations and returns are not possible for Instant Download products, we stand behind our work and are so committed to your satisfaction that we will work hard with you until you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you changed your mind and have not downloaded your product, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your order number. We will be more than happy to assist you.
